Villa Germiny
Villa Germiny is a private home overlooking the “Sables blancs” (White Sands) beach in the seaside village Locquirec of north Brittany.
Close to the ferries of Roscoff (45 minutes to our west) and St. Malo (about 2 hours to our east), it offers two quiet, completely independent selfcatering flats (one and two bedroom), situated on the ground floor and facing the sea. Each lodging enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the water through the tree-framed garden (open to you), a private terrace, and convenient offstreet parking.
The lovely beach is a five-minute walk downhill. The unspoiled village port, 800 meters away, has a weekly market, two surfing schools, and several restaurants.
The gites were designed with YOU in mind -- your ease and your comfort – with extensive recent remodeling. New baths (+ a second bath added to the 2BR gite). Sofas with reclining seats, queensize beds, quality cookware, satellite HD television with international and French TNT channels, very good wifi, and heat (if you need it), plus much more. Your well-behaved four-legged friend will be welcome..
